We are looking for an experienced freelance fashion designer to support the development of our Better Mainline collection — a progressive tier blending Alpha Industries’ military heritage with contemporary streetwear culture.
Working closely with the Senior Designer and Design Director, you will focus on executing designs within a clearly defined concept framework. You’ll contribute sketches, design refinements, tech packs, and creative input across streetwear staples including outerwear, fleece, jersey, pants, and accessories.
This is a remote role with flexible hours, but we expect professional-level execution, speed, and accountability.
