We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Food Safety Trainer & Consultant to deliver engaging training sessions and offer practical consultancy advice to businesses. The role involves both training delivery (in-person and online) and providing tailored guidance to clients on food safety compliance, best practices, and operational improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant qualifications in Food Safety/HACCP.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, and food safety legislation.
• Previous training delivery experience (classroom and/or online).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.

  Pay: From €250.00 per day
  Expected hours: 8 per wee

• Deliver accredited and non-accredited Food Safety training programmes (Levels 1–3).
• Provide consultancy services, including audits, gap analysis, and compliance support.
• Design and deliver engaging training content tailored to client needs.
• Stay up to date with food safety legislation, HACCP, and industry standards.
• Maintain professional standards and ensure client satisfaction.
