Description We are a growing marketing firm in Wheeling, WV seeking an experienced Freelance Graphic Designer to support ongoing marketing and branding projects. This is a 1099 independent contractor position for a designer with professional experience, their own equipment, and strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
