ROLE SUMMARY We’re looking for a collaborative, motivated freelance Graphic Designer to join our small but mighty digital marketing team. You’ll have the opportunity to influence and shape the creative of CorePower Yoga working on brand guidelines, social, email, ads, direct mail, website updates, and photoshoots. This position reports to the Creative Director who you will work closely with to produce projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate has relevant experience and a strong entry level portfolio. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Work with the creative team to design innovative multi-channel solutions Paid channel experience is preferred Produce mood boards, presentations and templates Design and refine online and offline campaign materials while staying on brand Shape design decisions based on feedback from Creative Director and performance/business objectives Remain agile, prioritize and manage projects within design specifications Collaborate with fellow designers to develop refined solutions under tight deadlines Work well under pressure and manage your time and projects in Asana Stay on top of creative trends and bring your fresh ideas Excellent attention to detail, typography and layout Assist in photoshoots and retouching photography as needed Open to challenges that allow you to grow EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Graphic Design or related field 2+ Yrs experience in graphic design and paid advertising Knowledge of digital marketing and best practices Excellent communication skills Proficient working knowledge of Adobe InDesign. Illustrator and Photoshop Video editing, After Effects, Sketch, Figma are a plus Photography experience is a plus Must be able to work in a stationary position, move and walk around event and office spaces, and lift occasionally up to 25 lbs Demonstrate CorePower Yoga values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, Laugh Together.
