Description

ABOUT US

FreshCut Paper is a rapidly growing and evolving design forward startup. We are entering into the $8 Billion cut flower industry with a green, cost effective contemporary alternative.
Created by renowned designer Peter Hewitt in 2020. Our life-sized pop-up floral bouquets consist of breathtaking blooms that are wilt-proof, care free, and non allergenic. We are poised to take a bite out of the $8 billion fresh cut flower industry and the $6 billion greeting card market. Our product is a compelling, contemporary, alternative way to send flowers.
Beyond having a fraction of the carbon footprint of imported flowers, we plant a tree for every bouquet sold, and are partners with 1% for the Planet and ASPCA.
Our beautiful office is located in the historical Bradford Mill alongside a community of start-ups and artists.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A strong portfolio that showcases your creativity and experience in print design (we’d love to see examples of catalogs, direct mailers, product packaging, brochures, and display signage)
  • Experience working for US-based consumer retail brands a plus.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with an emphasis on InDesign for layout work.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Understanding of print production processes and file preparation.
  • Flexibility and adaptability—you can collaborate well with leadership, take creative direction, and refine your designs based on feedback.
  • Great communication and organizational skills—you can explain your ideas clearly and take direction constructively.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in digital design, but it’s not an immediate need
Responsibilities
