QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HSE role within the construction or related industry.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Familiarity with safety management systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and safety drills.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to ensure compliance with safety regulations across our various project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety guidelines, relevant certifications, and the ability to manage safety protocols effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Provide safety training and induction programs to employees and subcontractors.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
• Ensure all safety equipment is maintained and used correctly.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure safety measures are integrated into project planning and execution.
• Maintain records of safety-related activities and compliance documentation.
