Company Description We are a lean team of engineers and designers based in India, specialising in Web, Mobile, and Cloud applications for the iGaming industry. We have been building software for global iGaming clients for over a decade. Our portfolio spans the full iGaming stack - custom operator platforms, Player Account Management (PAM) systems, payment infrastructure, sportsbooks, slot engine development, EGM machines, analytics platforms, and backend systems that require serious engineering depth. Until now, most of our work has come through referrals and word of mouth — a reflection of our engineering reputation and the industry background of our founders. As we scale, we are looking to extend our reach to new clients and geographies through a dedicated sales function for the first time Job Description We are looking for a seasoned, sales-oriented professional who understands the iGaming ecosystem and is well-connected across Studios, Operators, and Aggregators. As one of our first dedicated sales hires on the iGaming side, we want someone with a founder's mindset, someone who takes ownership, works independently, and is energised by building something from the ground up rather than inheriting a playbook. Our ideal client is a team or company looking to build new platforms, game engines, or applications to fill engineering gaps in their existing ecosystem. Your role will be to identify those opportunities, initiate conversations, and get us in the room. You will also represent us at iGaming events across the EU region. Qualifications Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem- Studios, Operators, and Aggregators Proven experience in business development or account management within iGaming Existing network in the EU iGaming market Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-directed with strong commercial instincts Based in the EU (Malta, Gibraltar, or Isle of Man preferred) Additional Information This is a freelancing role with a retainer + commission. The monthly retainer is €1,500–€2,000, with a commission structure tied to revenue brought in, agreed upon at the time of engagement.
Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities within the iGaming sector and initiate conversations with potential clients. Represent the company at various iGaming events across the EU region.
