Job Description Lead and deliver IT workstreams in the context of M&A transactions (acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring). Ensure secure, structured, and timely separation or integration of IT systems, infrastructure, applications, and data while maintaining business continuity. 🔎 Key Responsibilities: IT Project Leadership: Build and manage detailed IT project plans (systems, infrastructure, applications, data) Define governance and reporting structures Manage timelines, budget, scope, and resources Identify technical and operational risks and implement mitigation plans Report progress to IT leadership and program steering committees IT Carve-Out / Carve-In Execution: Lead IT due diligence analysis (applications, infrastructure, contracts, licenses) Define target IT architecture (TOM – Target Operating Model) Manage separation or integration of: ERP systems Cloud environments Infrastructure & networks End-user computing Identity & access management Cybersecurity controls Oversee data migration strategy and execution Coordinate TSA (Transition Service Agreements) from an IT perspective Ensure Day 1 readiness and Day 2 stabilization Business & IT Alignment: Translate business requirements into IT deliverables Coordinate with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Operations stakeholders Align technical roadmaps with integration timelines Ensure minimal disruption to business operations Risk & Security Management Assess cybersecurity and compliance risks during transition Ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance Manage third-party vendors and system integrators Oversee access segregation and system disentanglement Qualifications Required Skills & Competencies: Technical Skills Strong experience in IT project management Experience in at least one IT carve-in or carve-out Solid understanding of enterprise architecture environments Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) Experience with cloud migration (Azure, AWS, GCP is a plus) Data migration planning and execution experience Understanding of cybersecurity and access management Methodology: Familiar with PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid methodologies Experience in structured IT governance environments Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management Ability to work under tight deadlines (Day 1 constraints) Structured and analytical mindset Strong communication skills (technical & non-technical audiences) High resilience in complex and ambiguous environments Profile Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business 5–8 years of experience in IT project management Experience in M&A, transformation, or IT separation projects Experience in international environments preferred Fluent English required Additional Information Working Conditions: On‑site position All our positions are open to people with disabilities Level of Experience: 5-10 ans Department: Fonctions managériales Type de contrat: Sous-traitance / Indépendant
