JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Freelance Interior Designer with a strong background in designing clinics and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and patient-friendly environments while adhering to healthcare standards and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in designing healthcare facilities, including clinics, hospitals, or medical offices.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare design standards, infection control, and patient safety considerations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• A portfolio showcasing previous healthcare/clinic projects is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Previous experience working on medical or dental clinics, cosmetic centers, or hospitals.
• Understanding of ergonomic and functional design principles for patient-centric spaces.

• Design and develop interior layouts for clinics, hospitals, and medical centers, ensuring a balance between functionality and aesthetics.
• Select materials, finishes, and furniture suitable for healthcare environments (easy maintenance, durability, and hygiene compliance).
• Work closely with medical professionals and stakeholders to understand their needs and optimize space utilization.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, health & safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Create 3D visualizations, mood boards, and detailed design plans for client approval.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure design execution aligns with the approved concept.
• Provide guidance on lighting, color schemes, and branding integration for a cohesive look.
