Job Description You will work on a high‑end industrial production site specialized in luxury textile manufacturing. The environment is production critical, where IT reliability and responsiveness are essential to support daily operations and business users. Scope: You will be fully on site, integrated into the local IT team, supporting production teams as well as office‑based staff working on the site. Key Responsibilities: You provide Level 2 support to users, handling troubleshooting of workstations and peripherals, as well as IT solutions related to tools specific to the manufacturing environment. You remain available to users and communicate on issue resolutions. You manage a fleet of reliable and secure machines, keep the inventory up to date, and handle their configurations, lifecycle, as well as that of installed applications. You also manage user profiles and access rights in accordance with current standards. You are responsible for configuring IT equipment based on operational needs and new projects, and you train new employees on IT tools. In collaboration with the IT Manager, you define tools, methods, and standards. You coordinate the support teams of external partners. Qualifications Requirements : Degree in IT (CFC), IT Technician diploma (ES), or equivalent qualification Ideally, around 3 years of experience as an IT Technician & User Support Specialist in a large international company (e.g., fashion, automotive, or watchmaking industry) Strong knowledge of Windows workstation environments Experience with mobile device management using Workspace ONE Ability to work in an agile environment across multiple topics and applications Recognized for your rigor, practical mindset, and diplomacy Proactive, solution-oriented, and autonomous Motivated to join a human-sized, fast-growing manufacturing company Additional Information All our positions are open to both women and men and are, of course, open to people with disabilities.
