One World Rental is a global leader in event technology solutions, providing IT rentals and technical support for corporate events, trade shows, and conferences. We are looking for skilled Freelance IT Technicians to join our dynamic team and support events across multiple locations.

REQUIREMENTS

· Experience with Zebra Printers – Configuring, troubleshooting, and calibrating models like ZD620, ZC10L, ZXP Series.
· Strong understanding of event registration systems and badge printing.
· Knowledge of Wi-Fi setup, networking basics, and troubleshooting.
· Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
· Prior experience in event IT support is a plus.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
· Flexible availability for event-based work, including evenings & weekends.
· Possession of a valid US driving license is beneficial, but not mandatory. Bilingual/multilingual skills are highly valued.
Remuneration: $250.00 - $350.00

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Freelance IT Technician, you will be responsible for onsite event technology setup, troubleshooting, and support, specializing in Zebra printers, registration systems, and Wi-Fi setup.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Zebra Printer Setup & Troubleshooting
Configure, calibrate, and troubleshoot Zebra badge printers (e.g., ZD620, ZD 621, ZC10L, ZXP Series).
Ensure proper alignment and badge printing quality during events.
Diagnose and resolve paper jams, ribbon issues, and connectivity problems.
