Responsibilities
  • You’ll work as part of an agile team of stand builders, event coordinators, and brand ambassadors.
  • You’re available 2–4 days per week, with varied hours (including weekends). Flexibility and adaptability are key.
  • You’ll be responsible for setting up and decorating tents, market stalls, stands and pop-up spaces independently.
  • You make sure the brand is presented in the best possible way at all times — you’re the face of Butternut Box on-site.
  • You’ll handle the safe transport, storage, and regular inventory checks of all event materials. Our storage is located in the Amsterdam Area.
  • You’ll liaise directly with event organisers and make a professional and positive impression on behalf of the brand.
