Reporting into the lead of Creator Marketing at Klick, this is an amazing opportunity to manage and develop the relationships with influencers & creators across a number of healthcare clients . We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and hardworking individual, to join as Manager, Influencer Relations. Our ideal candidate should be established in the influencer/creator, digital, social media, marketing, content creation and/or other related fields, with a wide network of brand/agency contacts. Strong candidates will understand the bigger picture of the wider industry, whilst also being granular, detail-oriented and persistent in achieving results.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Balance of commercial acumen and a creative mindset
  • Fluent understanding of marketing, with a focus on digital advertising and/or PR
  • Demonstrate preexisting relationships with influencers and experience in digital platforms, content development, and social media
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a good understanding of commercial contracts
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Great interpersonal skills, able to forge strong relationships with people of all levels (internally & externally)
  • Pharmaceutical or health and wellness experience is not necessary, but considered a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Procure influencers for client program rosters
  • Work with influencers on the development, delivery, and posting of content for brand partnerships
  • Develop brand campaigns into long-term partnerships
  • Handle negotiations and contracting of influencers
  • Oversee communication with influencers throughout brand campaigns
  • Generate new relationships with talent
