We are seeking a Motion Designer who can bring bold ideas to life through dynamic, visually compelling content across platforms and channels. This role requires a highly creative and technically skilled designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can take projects from concept through final delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong motion craft with sharp creative instincts, understands platform-specific storytelling, and is comfortable contributing to high-profile entertainment and brand campaigns while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and deadlines. Job Responsibilities Design and animate social, digital, and A/V content for entertainment and brand clients across various platforms and placements. Lead motion projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring creative excellence at every stage. Collaborate closely with producers, editors, strategists, and creative teams to develop and execute engaging motion graphics. Translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives tailored to platform-specific best practices. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining organization, timelines, and quality standards. Participate in brainstorming sessions and proactively contribute innovative ideas for campaign execution. Maintain a high bar for design, typography, animation, and finishing details across all deliverables. Stay current on emerging trends in entertainment marketing, social content, and motion design techniques. Required Skills Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop, with strong experience in graphics, animation, and compositing. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere; familiarity with Cinema 4D or 3D workflows is a plus. Proven experience creating motion and design content for entertainment and brand campaigns. Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to delivery in a fast-paced agency or studio environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally and incorporating feedback. Strong creative judgment with a passion for storytelling and entertainment marketing. 3–5 years of experience at a creative agency, entertainment marketing agency, or production company.
