Looking for an Obsidian Freelance Expert to Build a Complete Company Knowledge Management System We are seeking an experienced Obsidian power user to design and implement a full company knowledge management and documentation system. This is a commercial project for a growing group, and we need someone who has already set up scalable Obsidian workspaces for businesses. Scope of Work (key areas) - Design overall vault architecture & folder structure - Create a clear dashboard / home page - Build templates for all core areas: - Daily / weekly / monthly notes - Meeting notes - SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) - Project management - CRM / client documentation - Product, technical, HR, sales, marketing documents - Company wiki / knowledge base / decision log - AI prompts library - Configure: - Data view & advanced queries - Properties (metadata), tags, and linking strategy - Internal knowledge graph & navigation system - Callouts, styling, and community plugins - Recommend backup & sync, mobile‑friendly setup, and basic automation if relevant - Provide a user onboarding guide and documentation standards Deliverables - Fully configured Obsidian vault with: - Organized folder structure - All relevant templates - Plugins installed and configured - Dataview dashboards - Documentation standards + best practices - User guide for our team Required Skills - Strong, demonstrable experience with Obsidian - Advanced Data view knowledge - Experience designing company knowledge bases / wikis - Excellent information architecture and documentation skills - Markdown, plugins, and (ideally) light automation Nice to Have - AI workflows in Obsidian - Software / technical documentation experience - Startup or enterprise knowledge management - Obsidian Publish and/or Git integration Please include in your proposal: - Your experience with Obsidian - Examples or screenshots of previous Obsidian work - List of plugins you typically use - Estimated timeline - Fixed project cost - Any recommendations you have for our setup 📩 How to Apply Send your full proposal by email only to: mohannad@skybluegroup.com Applications sent via LinkedIn messages or InMail will not be considered
