Job Description Key Responsibilities Hardware Management: Replace computers, smartphones, and printers; prepare devices for new joiners and reset devices for leavers Application Support: Install specific applications for a limited user base Request Handling: Serve as the first point of contact for hardware and software requests; verify, approve, and process orders via SAP with our supplier (e.g., Dustin); configure hardware according to user needs Asset Administration: Maintain accurate inventory of computers, phones, and printers (including mapping and administration) Carve-out Support: Provide assistance with IT-related tasks during the carve-out (e.g., client adjustments, email address administration, Lotus Notes configuration) Systems Support: Support systems such as SAP, Elvis, Minitab, etc.; manage passwords, licenses, and other software-related tasks Printer & Label Maintenance: Maintain production printers; develop and manage labels and related media Network Support: Assist in network-related decisions, mount switches, and document network infrastructure Incident Backup: Handle user-raised tickets and backup requests via the Spring system Production IT: Maintain and manage IT assets used in production Telephony Administration: Manage Tele2/IP telephony systems, ATA boxes, and mobile broadband setups Time Recording Systems: Configure and maintain time recording equipment (WebTime or similar systems) Qualifications Proven experience in onsite hardware and software support Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a structured and efficient way Experience with SAP and ticketing systems Strong organizational and communication skills Native Swedish speaker with fluent English skills High service orientation and hands-on mentality Willingness to work fully onsite at the Kloster location Additional Information Location: Onsite across our Swedish sites (Långshyttan, Söderfors, Vikmanshyttan) Workload: 5 days per week / 8 hours per day on client site support Freelance license Valid working permit for Sweden All our positions are open to people with disabilities
