Job Description Key Responsibilities • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OSS systems and related IT infrastructure. • Manage incidents, service requests, and change management using ServiceNow. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT issues. • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime. • Document technical processes and maintain knowledge base. • Participate in IT projects and upgrades as required. Requirements Qualifications • 2-3 years of experience in an IT technician or similar technical role. • Experience working with OSS systems is highly desirable. • Proficient in using ServiceNow for IT service management. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
