Job Description Main Responsibilities : Support to end-users on workstations and mobile devices Installation, replacement, relocation, and removal of IT equipment Troubleshooting hardware and software incidents Support for monitors, printers, scanners, and docking stations Receiving, inventorying, preparing, and installing IT equipment Providing clear and timely feedback to users and ensuring proper ticket updates Qualifications Technical Skills Required : Onsite IT support (1st / 2nd level) Windows environment, Office 365 Azure & Entra ID Apple environment (Mac, iPhone, iPad) iTunes JAMF (strong asset) Hardware support (PCs, Macs, printers, scanners…) Ticketing tools (ITIL) Expected Profile : Minimum 3 years of onsite support experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Organized, professional, and hands-on approach Fluent in English and German Additional Information All our positions are open to people with disabilities Level of Experience: 2-5 years Department: System & network functions Types of work contract: Independent subcontractor
