Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are looking for an exceptional Freelance Coach to join the Mercury Hampton team and help deliver our performance services to clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-level individuals and teams, empowering them to achieve meaningful growth and success. While this position starts as freelance, there is potential for it to transition into a permanent role—and for the right candidate, the opportunity to take on a leadership role over time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops focused on performance, leadership, and personal development.
  • Tailor coaching strategies to meet the unique needs of individual clients or teams.
  • Help clients set and achieve ambitious goals, develop leadership capabilities, enhance team dynamics, and overcome obstacles.
  • Track client progress, offer actionable feedback, and adjust strategies to ensure the best results.
  • Collaborate with the Mercury Hampton team to ensure seamless service delivery aligned with the company’s goals and values.
  • Maintain a professional and confidential coaching environment that fosters trust and growth.
