Estate Shutter is expanding in South Florida, and we’re on the hunt for a talented, reliable freelance real estate photographer to join our growing team.
We specialize in creating high-quality listing media — fast, clean, and professionally delivered. This opportunity is ideal for a freelancer, student, or creative looking to work independently, capture beautiful interiors, and get paid per project without handling client admin or editing.

Responsibilities:

• Photograph residential properties (interior & exterior) with a focus on quality and consistency
• Follow our proven shot list and brand style guide (training provided)
• Upload RAW files on the same day for editing by our in-house team
• Coordinate professionally with our operations team and arrive on time

Requirements:

• Your own DSLR or mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens
• Prior experience with real estate or interior photography (preferred)
• Reliable transportation throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach
• Drone license, 360 camera, or video experience is a plus, not mandatory

What We Offer:

• $100–$200 per shoot (freelance contractor)
• Flexible schedule (1–5 shoots/week)
