PHOTOGRAPHER (LGBTQ+ NIGHTLIFE, OXFORD)

We’re an agency looking to add freelance photographers with their own camera and external flash to our team for work in a popular gay club in Oxford.
This role is all about capturing the energy of the night – from candid customer interactions to standout moments on the dance-floor – and providing images that reflect the atmosphere of the venue.

What you’ll do in the venue:

• Speak with customers & capture fun, authentic moments.
• Take high-quality photos that showcase the night and the venue.
• Work professionally in a busy club environment representing the agency.

Shifts & Pay:

• Night-time club work (working during late nights and busy periods!)
• Typical shifts: Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (you don’t need to be available for all)
• Shadowing (training shifts) paid at £20 per shift. This is usually done in one!
• Future shifts: £40 per shift

What we’re looking for:

• A creative and reliable photographer
• Confident engaging with customers in a lively LGBTQ+ venue
• Previous photography work (doesn’t have to be nightlife-related)
