ROLE OVERVIEW: Open to All Levels BeCore is actively building its freelance production roster to support a dynamic pipeline of large-scale experiential marketing programs. We’re seeking experienced professionals across all levels who bring strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a passion for bringing bold ideas to life. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborating with Creative, Client Services, and Business Development on proposals and pitches Translating client objectives into actionable production plans Presenting in client meetings and supporting account growth Balancing creative ambition with operational feasibility Supporting or managing budgets ranging from $500K–$2M+ Forecasting resources and maintaining profitability Managing scope changes while protecting agency margins Tracking time, expenses, and vendor payments Building detailed production timelines and milestone plans Managing multiple concurrent projects across industries Overseeing fabrication, AV, graphics, staffing, and logistics partners Leading long show runs and complex, multi-day activations Ensuring consistency and excellence in execution For leadership positions, managing production teams onsite and remotely Driving adherence to production processes and workflows Contributing to best practices and departmental improvements Requirements REQUIREMENTS: Experience in experiential marketing, live events, brand activations, agency Strong organizational and communication skills Budget management expertise (level-dependent) Confidence in client-facing environments Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings Vendor negotiation and relationship management experience A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset Ability to travel within the US Ability to lift at least 25 lbs Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
