SoCo Therapies are a multi-disciplinary healthcare clinic based in Bournemouth.
We’re looking for a part time receptionist who is friendly, enthusiastic and efficient to assist in the day to day running of our clinic.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Reception/Admin experience - desired but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Be happy to work on an associate basis including submitting invoice for their work on a monthly basis.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Friendly, professional multi-tasker with strong organisational skills
  • A natural communicator keen to help others and deliver exceptional service.
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Fast learner and efficient in completing computer-based tasks
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office products especially word and excel.
  • Competent with using social media platforms. Experience of managing social media platforms desired but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming patients with a smile and providing outstanding service.
  • Checking clients in and assisting with any client queries
  • Handling phone calls, emails, messages including follow up with no-shows, rescheduling appointments and re-initiating past patients.
  • Booking appointments including registering patients on our booking system Jane and assisting in the smooth running of our practitioner’ diaries.
  • Managing our email system, responding to emails, organising emails into categories, setting up automated emails.
  • Taking payments, generating invoices, sending receipts and maintaining client accounts.
  • Keeping the clinic clean, organised and tidy
  • Assisting with marketing/social media
