SSC HR Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Freelance Recruiter to help strengthen our recruitment efforts. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will work independently to identify, attract, and evaluate candidates for various positions. This role offers flexibility and autonomy while providing an opportunity to make a significant impact on staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure a good fit. Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate databases and recruitment metrics. Qualifications: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or agency capacity. Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies across different industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Strong networking skills to establish relationships with potential candidates. Flexibility to adapt to different hiring needs and organizational culture. Commission based job
