This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in recruitment who are looking for flexibility and the chance to work from anywhere in the world. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will leverage your expertise to connect top talent with incredible job opportunities while contributing to our global recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities Source, identify, and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communications. Maintain accurate and comprehensive candidate records in our applicant tracking system. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide expert advice and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Proven experience in recruitment, with a solid understanding of the hiring process. Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional language proficiency is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring teams. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting. Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive approach to meeting recruitment goals and deadlines.
