Description

Clover HR recruit permanent and interim positions nationally across a broad and diverse client base. We work successfully on both commercial and industrial positions at all levels, from graduate roles to Board Appointments. We are looking to strengthen our delivery team by engaging with talented, experienced, driven and search led Freelance Resourcers to work in partnership with our existing recruiters.
Freelancers can be located anywhere in the UK and will not be required to work from a Clover office. Hours and rate to be discussed.
We are interested in talking to freelancers who have a demonstrable level of generalist recruitment experience or alternatively operate within a specialism such as HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Executive Appointments.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid experience in a Resourcing role, preferably within agency but internal Resourcers are also of interest
  • A solid understanding of the recruitment processes
  • Experience of resourcing via Reed, Indeed, CV Library and social media
  • The ability to confidently assess a candidates level of experience, suitability and commitment to the opportunity
  • Excellent communication skills

    Pay: £150.00-£200.00 per day

Responsibilities
  • Liaising with Clover to discuss new assignments
  • Posting of job advertisements supplied by Clover to job boards
  • Contacting the client for a discussion around role if requested by Clover
  • Carry out comprehensive candidate searches across job boards candidate databases and Linkedin
  • Receive, review and shortlist from candidate applications
  • Scheduled qualifying interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Carry out a detailed interview with shortlisted candidates
  • Compile a candidate profile and submit to Clovers Managing Consultant for review
  • Completion of activity reports
  • Representing Clover HR professionally at all times
