Job Summary
Systemize Solutions, in partnership with Taylor & Co Associates, provide expert survey reports for housing disrepair cases. We are expanding our panel of RICS-qualified surveyors in London to meet growing demand. Surveyors provide their availability, and our team handles the booking and mapping of inspections, making the process efficient and flexible.

Fees

• £250 per report where the cost of disrepair is over £1,000
• £120 per report (Scott Schedule only) where the cost of disrepair is under £1,000

Duties

• Undertake inspections of residential properties in housing disrepair cases
• Prepare high-quality expert witness reports in line with RICS and Part 35 standards
• Submit reports via our secure online portal
• Liaise with our in-house team as required

Experience

• Previous experience in housing disrepair reporting is preferred but not essential
• Background in surveying residential properties beneficial
• Expert witness reporting experience advantageous

Requirements

• Must be RICS qualified (essential)
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel within the North West, with occasional day trips outside the area
• Strong written communication and report-writing skills
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
