Remote | Freelance / Contract-Based We are looking for an experienced Freelance Sales Coach and Strategy Consultant to support our sales function during an important growth stage. This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in the IT services and technology solutions sector, especially across the MENA region. Key Responsibilities Assess the current sales team and identify capability gaps Conduct coaching and development sessions for the sales team Design a clear and practical sales strategy Recommend sales structure, priorities, and performance approach Support market expansion planning for new territories Advise on sales coverage by sector, geography, and target client type Share best practices for selling IT services and technology solutions in MENA Provide practical recommendations that can be applied immediately Required Experience Proven experience in sales leadership, sales coaching, or commercial consulting Strong background in IT services, technology solutions, managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software, or related fields Demonstrated success working in the MENA region Experience building or improving sales teams with junior or developing team members Ability to create sales strategies that are realistic, practical, and execution-focused Strong communication skills in English.
