Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic ‘Freelance’ Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in a leading construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, brand awareness, and market presence for the company. This role involves developing and executing effective marketing strategies, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships to help achieve business goals and expand market share in the competitive Dubai construction industry.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and project requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop marketing strategies and execute campaigns effectively.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai construction market and regulations is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Sales Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads and building a pipeline of potential clients in residential, commercial, and industrial construction sectors.
  • Present and sell company services (construction projects, development, etc.) to potential clients, contractors, architects, and consultants.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies tailored to the construction industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts (website, social media, online advertising) to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Coordinate and organize promotional events, exhibitions, and industry conferences to showcase the company’s capabilities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure continued business and repeat projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and project updates promptly.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and reports that reflect the company’s expertise and value proposition.
  • Brand Promotion & Communications:
  • Promote the company’s brand and services across various marketing channels (print, digital, social media, and industry publications).
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the company’s vision, values, and branding guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Track and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports to senior management on KPIs, market trends, and sales forecasts.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding client satisfaction, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
