We are looking to recruit a Freelance sample machinist to assist in our busy Head Office Pattern Room, 3-5 days per work. The Role We are seeking a skilled sample machinist to work in our busy Head Office Pattern Room. Working across multi products for our womens, mens and kidswear teams you will use your skills to produce samples to the highest quality and finish. Working with multi fabrics you will liaise with pattern cutters  and use problem solving skills to create accurate production ready first samples. What You'll Take On * Create high quality samples in good time for selection meetings and design presentations. * Communicate with pattern cutters and garment technologists on correct garment makeup * Daily maintenance of machinery to ensure in good working order. What You'll Bring * Able to use different industrial machinery to produce a high quality finished product * Experience in jersey and woven including tailoring. * Cutting skills across multi fabrics. * Time management to effectively meet deadlines and manage workload.
