Job Description We are looking for an experienced freelance SCRA to support us with the following responsibilities in Germany: Conduct and report all types of on-site monitoring visits as well as remote visits. Perform CRF review, source document verification, and query resolution. Manage site communication and relationships. Support the site identification process. Assist in the training and mentoring of less experienced CRAs, depending on your level of expertise. Qualifications College or university degree in Life Sciences, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Minimum of 3 years of independent on-site monitoring experience in Germany. Coverage of national monitoring responsibilities. Full professional proficiency in English and German; French is a plus.
