Description
Role Overview The Senior Designer leads the visual development of loyalty campaigns, customer experience touchpoints, and retail activation materials. This role requires a creative who is fast, agile, detail-obsessed, and able to work independently while partnering closely with strategy, account management, and client teams. The Senior Designer turns loyalty propositions and retail insights into high-quality designs that elevate customer engagement and drive stronger brand perception across digital and physical channels. Key Responsibilities Creative Development Lead the end-to-end design of loyalty campaign assets including CRM visuals, digital banners, in-app graphics, landing pages, social content, and promotional toolkits. Design retail activation materials such as POSM, in-store displays, mechanic/workshop kits, signage, and product education materials. Translate strategic insights and customer value propositions into visually compelling creative concepts. Maintain and elevate visual consistency across campaigns, retail channels, and loyalty experiences. Experience & Journey Design Support mapping and visualising customer journeys to identify key design moments across digital and physical touchpoints. Develop design systems, iconography, and templates that improve efficiency and quality across the loyalty ecosystem. Explore and prototype new experience concepts that enhance customer engagement and reward interactions. Collaboration & Workflow Work closely with planners, account managers, and clients to turn briefs into tangible creative directions. Present design concepts clearly and confidently, providing rationale grounded in strategy and customer behaviour. Manage multiple projects independently, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality. Quality, Efficiency & Problem Solving Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines, technical requirements, and production standards. Spot issues early — from unclear briefs to impractical activation layouts — and propose practical, creative fixes. Drive efficient production workflows, helping the team move fast without rework or ambiguity. Traits & Mindsets Agile: Comfortable shifting between digital, retail, and experiential design needs. Efficient: Produces high-quality work quickly, with smart use of templates, systems, and organised workflows. Independent: Confident crafting solutions without constant direction; able to manage own timelines and outputs. Problem Solver: Approaches each brief with a “how might we” mindset, finding creative ways around constraints. Craft-Strong: Has excellent visual judgment, attention to detail, and mastery of layout, typography, and composition. Experience-Led: Designs with a view of the full customer journey, not just individual assets. Collaborative: Works well with multidisciplinary teams and builds trust with clients through clarity and craft excellence.
