HERE’S A SET OF SKILLS WE REQUIRE:

• 7+ years of experience in Test Automation.
• Proficiency in Java and/or TypeScript, with hands-on experience in automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, Rest Assured, etc.).
• Experience with DevOps, Gradle, Jenkins and Docker.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools (JIRA or similar) and processes.
• Experience in building Test Automation Frameworks and in continuous delivery/continuous testing environment.
• Experienced in building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experienced in working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Able to combine automation skills with manual part of testing (Exploratory).
• Very good spoken and written English (at least B2).
• Very good spoken and written Polish (at least B2).

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviewing requirements and user stories to provide feedback.
• Designing, developing, and executing automated tests and frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Rest Assured, etc.).
• Integrating tests with CI/CD (Jenkins) and driving continuous testing.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking issues.
• Collaborating with Software Engineers, Test Engineers, and Product Managers to ensure quality.
• Participating in exploratory testing and test design sessions.
• Taking a holistic approach to testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Critically assessing what to automate, balancing risk, cost, and value.
