FREELANCE SKIN THERAPIST (COMMISSION-BASED)

Position Title: Part-Time Freelance Skin Therapist
Reports To: Manager/Owner
Hours: 16 hours per week

You will provide personalised recommendations for skincare products and routines, along with non-medical body and facial treatments, including facials, and skin treatments. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

NVQ level 3 in health and beauty.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a spa and/or skin therapist.

1. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN A FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER

· Effective communication ability to interact with our clients directly and efficiently to determine their needs, provide relevant services, offer information about different procedures and advise them on skincare and cosmetic products.
· Strong interpersonal and effective teamworking skills to ensure collaboration, enhance communication, and achieve collective goals within the team.

3. TECHNICAL SKILLS

· Sufficient technical knowledge and skills in skin treatments and the use special equipment.

4. SALES SKILLS

· Retail experience and skills to promote services and products to build a loyal customer base.
