Bay and College Physiotherapy and Rehab, a physical rehabilitation clinic located in downtown Toronto, is seeking a talented and driven Freelance Social Media Marketer to help manage and strategize our online presence and engage with our community. As a freelance partner, you will have the opportunity to shape our digital marketing strategy, create engaging content, and help us connect with our audience.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketer with at least 1 year of experience (or co-op experience) in social media marketing. This role involves managing and creating content across our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more. You will be responsible for developing campaigns, engaging with our community, and analyzing results to enhance our online engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing (co-op experience will be considered).
  • Strong proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic photo and video editing skills.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies to improve engagement.
  • A passion for health, wellness, and rehabilitation (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with our team.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including videos, photos, reels, and graphics that align with our brand’s voice and values.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, ensuring consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all channels.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with influencers and other brands to create impactful partnerships and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and optimize engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in the health and wellness industry as well as social media best practices.
  • Work closely with our team to align content with the clinic’s goals and promotional objectives.
  • Handle full social media account management, including content creation, strategy development, scheduling, and performance reporting.
