ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be delivering tailored training sessions to care staff, managers, and support teams, ensuring they can confidently use their chosen software applications that has been tailored for the care industry. This includes core systems for care planning, rostering, communications, and compliance, as well as general tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Follow easy-to-follow training materials, user guides, and visuals
  • Adapt training sessions to suit different software platforms and user needs
