JOB DESCRIPTION:

Are you a creative student with a passion for marketing and graphic design? We are looking for a motivated Student Marketeer/Graphic Designer to join our team on a freelance basis for a few hours each week. In this role, you will assist with our social media efforts, prepare weekly posts, manage lead campaigns, and contribute to various marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with social media management tools.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and produce original content.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience: Previous experience in social media management or graphic design is advantageous but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Social Media Content Creation: Design engaging visuals and write compelling copy for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Scheduling Posts: Plan and schedule weekly social media content using scheduling tools.
  • Lead Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing lead generation campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Marketing Materials: Create marketing collateral such as flyers, banners, and email newsletters.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor social media metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and propose new ideas to improve our marketing efforts.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with our team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing strategies.
