This talent bank is designed for individuals with strong networks, business development expertise, strategic partnership experience, or sector-specific knowledge who may be interested in collaborating with us on a flexible, project, or consultancy basis. What you could support with Identifying and generating new business opportunities Building strategic partnerships and referral networks Opening conversations with prospective clients Supporting market expansion initiatives Advising on industry and market opportunities Contributing to pitch strategy and commercial growth Connecting TEAM LEWIS with relevant brands, organisations, and decision-makers Supporting integrated opportunities across PR, digital, social, creative, and AI About You Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial growth within a B2B, corporate, consumer, digital, or integrated agency environment Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and client needs Demonstrated ability to build relationships and engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers Excellent presentation, communication, networking, and negotiation skills Strong understanding of integrated communications, including PR, digital, social, creative, and AI-driven solutions Entrepreneurial, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail Good awareness of industry trends, emerging opportunities, and the broader business landscape This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of the responsibilities for this role.
