Responsibilities:

• Conducting telephone interviews using CATI software.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data collected.
• Handling respondent queries professionally and maintaining a high standard of communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with CATI systems or similar telephonic interview platforms.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in English.
• A professional and friendly demeanor.
