Description

Position:
Freelance Trader in the food industry speaking GERMAN/SERBIAN/CROATIAN/ROMANIAN/CZECH/SLOVAKIAN/TAGALOG/PORTUGUESE/THAI/VIETNAMESE/INDIAN/SPANISH/CHINESE/KOREAN/JAPANESE/POLISH + OTHER LANGUAGES
About us:
At Burani Interfood (https://www.buraniinterfood.it/?lang=en) we are pioneers in the international food (mainly meat) industry, specializing in commissions, brokerage and representation. With a strong global presence, including several foreign offices and our headquarters in Italy, we are committed to excellence in the food industry.
Job Description:
We are expanding our team at Burani Interfood Bulgaria EOOD and are looking for FREELANCE Traders who are passionate about negotiation and eager to success.

Attention! Preamble: we are facing difficulties to make candidates understand the real activity that a TRADER has to carry out, with considerable waste of time for both the candidates and the company. Therefore, let’s explain in detail who a TRADER is and what he has to do:

  • The trader is the one who has to understand the business and valorize each single customer and supplier he manages;
  • The trader is the one who has to negotiate the prices to get to the closing of the deal;
  • The trader is the one who has to understand and intuit the needs of the customer/supplier he is managing;
  • The trader is the one who manages his customers and suppliers with autonomy and professionalism with the aim of closing deals;
  • The trader is the one who has to close deals and reach the budget goals imposed by the company with the ambition and the aim of earning bonuses;
  • The trader is like a partner of the company; in fact, the company considering salaries and bonuses compensates the trader with approximately 35% of the profits generated by the deals closed by the trader.

The difference between a “data entry / secretary / back office / interpreter” is that, unlike the trader, they don’t create business, but only carry out simple mechanical work.
P.S.: To be clear and correct, we specify once again that we are looking for only and exclusively HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL TRADER candidates, who aspire to reach the budget goals for which the company pays considerable bonuses. THE BEST TRADERS IN THE COMPANY USUALLY EARN OVER € 6.000 PER MONTH AND THERE ARE NO MAXIMUM LIMITS FOR EARNING BONUSES, AS THEY ARE CALCULATED AS A % OF THE PROFITS that the trader creates from the business he concludes.
P.S.: If you recognize yourself in terms of character and skills as described above and you think you have the skills to become a trader, send us your CV. We will be happy to start a collaboration with you. Otherwise, if you do not recognize yourself in the above, avoid sending us your CV, it would be a waste of time for both parties.
