You are expected to deliver impactful training and translate business challenges into actionable behaviors. 这不是一个通用型讲师岗位。你需要既能交付高质量培训,又能将业务问题转化为可执行行为。 Key Responsibilities 岗位职责 1. Training Delivery (Core): Deliver workshops for frontline and managers on service excellence, VIC clienteling, sales and leadership. 1. 培训交付(核心):为一线及管理者提供培训,包括服务、VIC客户经营、销售转化及领导力。 2. Business Translation: Translate business issues into behavioral standards and training solutions linked to KPIs. 2. 业务转化:将业务问题转化为行为标准与培训方案,并与业务指标挂钩。 3. Content Adaptation: Customize CXG frameworks and localize for APAC. 3. 内容定制:基于CXG方法论进行客户化与本地化。 4. Light Consulting Support: Support workshops and provide structured feedback. 4. 轻咨询支持:参与客户讨论并提供结构化反馈。 Mandatory Requirements (Non-negotiable) 任职要求(硬性条件) Luxury / Premium Brand Experience: Must have hands-on experience (retail, clienteling, L&D). 奢侈品经验:必须具备深度在场经验(门店、客户经营或内部培训)。 Training Experience: Experience training frontline and managers with strong facilitation skills. 培训经验:具备一线及管理者培训经验,具备良好授课能力。 Business Understanding: Ability to connect training with business outcomes. 业务理解:能将培训与业务结果(转化、客户体验等)连接。 Preferred Profile 优先考虑 Store manager / L&D / consulting experience preferred. 有店长、培训或咨询经验优先。 Language: Mandarin & English required; Japanese/Korean/Cantonese a plus. 语言要求:中英文流利,日语/韩语/广东话 是加分项 What We Do NOT Look For 不考虑人选 Generic trainers without retail experience or purely theoretical profiles. 无零售经验的通用讲师或纯理论型人员。 Application Requirements 应聘要求 CV + Training portfolio + 1 case (business challenge, solution, impact). 简历 + 培训案例 + 1个案例说明(业务问题、方案及结果)。 To be discussed during the interview. 服务费用面议
