  We are seeking experienced trainers to deliver HACCP, food safety and specialist courses at all levels to our clients in the food industry. The ideal candidates will have held a range of roles within food or drink manufacturing companies and possess a minimum of 2 years’ training experience with an excellent track record.

Applicants should hold a recognised training qualification and be:

• Confident in training: face-to-face and remotely via Zoom/Teams
• Approachable and able to interact with delegates of all levels
• Adaptable and able to think on their feet and answer questions
• Professional, organised and reliable
• Qualified to at least Level 4 in HACCP and/or Food Safety (if training these subjects)
• An expert in their field and able to relate the theory to practical examples from industry

Open courses take place at our training centre in Skipton, North Yorkshire, however we are seeking trainers who are prepared to travel nationwide to deliver in-house courses at food and drink manufacturing facilities.
We offer competitive daily rates and cover all reasonable expenses. Our Training Support Team provides all admin support - confirming course details and providing all course materials and exam papers and booking travel & accommodation.
