REQUIREMENTS

• MOE Instructor Registration: Applicants must be registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE) Singapore.
• Relevant Experience: Proven experience conducting training or workshops for students in schools.
• Fluency in Language: Trainers must conduct lessons entirely in Tamil and serve as role models in language usage.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in teaching or conducting workshops related to Tamil culture, traditional arts, or modern applications of the Tamil language.
• Qualifications: Certification or relevant expertise in the respective module topics, including traditional games, food, AI in language learning will be an advantage.

• Deliver engaging and interactive sessions in alignment with the program objectives.
• Develop lesson plans and materials, ensuring alignment with MOE curriculum guidelines.
• Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment for students.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and school stakeholders on performance and progress.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and conduct throughout the training sessions.
