We’re looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Editor who can help us capture our projects and turn them into high-quality content for social media, ads, and online marketing.

Requirements

• Must own a professional camera capable of high-quality video and photo capture
• Proven experience as a Videographer/Editor (portfolio required)
• Strong skills in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar)
• Ability to create engaging, modern content tailored for social media
• Understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and ad creatives
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Must be available for daytime shoots on job sites within [your service area]
• Ability to work at a steady pace to consistently meet the 30–60 content pieces per month targe

You’ll be responsible for filming and editing content that highlights our painting projects, team, and brand story. From satisfying B-roll footage to before-and-after transformations, you’ll help us build our presence across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
This freelance role requires the ability to consistently produce 30–60 pieces of content per month. You will be paid $10–$20 per piece depending on the quality of the final deliverable. This will be assessed based on past work show and first batch of content delivered.

Responsibilities

• Shoot professional-quality video and photo content of painting projects, team, and behind-the-scenes work (must be available during the day to film on-site with our crew)
• Capture B-roll footage and create short-form videos for social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Film and edit scripted promotional videos for ads and campaigns
• Create engaging ad creatives for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Edit footage into polished, brand-consistent content optimized for each platform
• Use apps like CapCut and Canva to cut together clips, add graphics, and produce eye-catching before-and-after transformation videos
• Consistently deliver 30–60 content pieces per month for publishing across platforms
• Collaborate with management on creative direction, storytelling, and marketing strategies
• Manage and organize video files for easy access and reuse

Compensation
