THE ROLE

Intero Studios, the creative division of Intero Digital, is looking for a mid-to-senior level Website Designer to join our roster of specialists. You’ll collaborate closely with our design director, project manager, and front-end developers to create modern, conversion-driven websites for B2B and B2C clients.
This is a flexible freelance role with varying weekly hours depending on project flow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design responsive websites, themes, and UI systems with thoughtful attention to brand, hierarchy, and usability.
• Create high-fidelity designs and simple interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Work across a range of CMS and builder platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, and ideally Webflow or Framer.
• Deliver clear, dev-ready handoffs with annotations, specs, and assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (PMs, developers, and strategists) to iterate and evolve design work.
• Support design QA and provide input during build stages.
