QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience building WordPress websites from scratch (portfolio required)
• Strong knowledge of SEO (technical + content)
• Experience with multi-platform retargeting setup and ad campaigns
• (Important) Familiarity with roofing, restoration, or insurance industries
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

ROLE SUMMARY

Excel Roofing is hiring a short-term freelancer to rebuild our website from scratch on WordPress, optimize for SEO, and set up multi-platform ad retargeting. This project is expected to take 2–3 months. We need someone who can deliver a fast, mobile-friendly, lead-driven site and understands the roofing/insurance restoration industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build a brand-new WordPress website (design, structure, integrations)
• Ensure mobile optimization, fast load times, and lead-capture functionality
• Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices
• Set up Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Pixel tracking
• Create and launch retargeting campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram (and possibly YouTube)
• Provide project handoff documentation and basic training
