We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented freelance designer to support our internal events and employee engagement initiatives. The role involves creating visually appealing and engaging design assets, including static posters, GIFs, presentations, and short videos. Responsibilities Design high-quality static posters and creatives for internal campaigns and events Develop visually engaging PowerPoint presentations aligned with brand guidelines Create short videos (teasers, highlights, event promos, etc.) for internal communication Collaborate with the team to understand event themes, concepts, and messaging Ensure consistency in design language and branding across all deliverables Deliver creatives within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards Qualifications and Prerequisites Experience in designing for employee engagement or corporate events Basic motion graphics or animation skills Understanding of social-media-style content for internal platforms Application Process Before applying, please ensure you meet the role requirements listed above and have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is advertised.
