Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work freight. This includes moving feed bags(40-70 lbs) Merchandising, cleaning and over all upkeep of the store. Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer customer questions, and help customers find the location of products. Answer incoming phone calls. Comprehensive knowledge of the products C-A-L Ranch sells. Other Duties and Responsibilities Help in other departments when needed. Perform daily cleaning – such as, but not limited to, vacuuming, replacing full trashes with new trash bags, and sweeping the department floor. Other duties assigned as needed. Qualifications Capable of lifting 50 lbs repeatably. Proven written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and to shift priorities accordingly. Familiar with how to operate a computer system and email. Preferably familiar with standard retail concepts and practices. Strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Responsible for handling freight, including moving heavy feed bags, and maintaining store cleanliness and merchandising. The role also involves greeting customers, answering inquiries, and providing product knowledge to assist shoppers.
