We are a fast-paced, dynamic, and professional non-asset-based 3PL/Brokerage with 14 terminals across Canada and the U.S., and we are looking for an experienced Freight Broker/Logistics Coordinator to join our Toronto head office.
If you have 3–5+ years of current experience in freight brokerage (non-asset), strong LTL coordination skills, and are ready to take the next step in your logistics career, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage freight brokerage for Canadian and U.S. LTL and FTL shipments
  • Build and maintain relationships with carriers; negotiate rates and spot quotes
  • Dispatch flatbed, reefer, rail, and long-haul freight
  • Analyze load details to verify rates, border crossing points, and schedules
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across various routes
  • Stay current on customs regulations and ensure compliance
  • Work closely with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams

What You Bring:

  • 3–5+ years in a Freight Broker or Logistics Coordinator role — must be within a non-asset-based 3PL environment
  • Proven LTL experience — coding shipments, quoting, negotiating rates, and managing carrier relationships
  • experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of dispatch processes and transportation terminology
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with LoadLink, TMS, freight classes, NMFCs, and tariffs (an asset)

Candidates must come from a 3PL non-asset-based freight brokerage background. Experience in asset-based transportation (i.e., companies with their own fleet) will not be considered.
