We’re looking for a Freight Broker & Operations Manager to lead our brokerage division, scale carrier and shipper networks, and manage high-performance teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–7 years of freight brokerage experience, with a proven track record of growing revenue.
• Minimum 2+ years in a leadership or operations management role.
• Deep understanding of truckload, LTL, reefer, flatbed, and specialized freight.
• Excellent carrier and customer network preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TMS platforms, CRM systems, and freight compliance.
• Grit, hunger, and execution-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Build and expand the freight brokerage arm by acquiring new shippers and lanes.
• Develop strategic carrier relationships to ensure capacity and rate competitiveness.
• Close high-margin deals and maintain target gross profit metrics.
• Lead pricing, negotiations, and margin optimization across all loads.
• Track market trends to create competitive and dynamic rate strategies.
